Research on Path Planning Algorithm for Crowd Evacuation

In recent years, crowded stampede incidents have occurred frequently, resulting in more and serious losses. The common cause of such is that when large-scale populations gather a limited area, the population highly unstable. emergency situations, only crowd reaches safe exit as soon possible within evacuation time to complete can loss casualties be effectively reduced. Therefore, safety management people public places emergencies has become hot topic field security. Based on analysis factors affecting path selection, this paper proposes an improved path-planning algorithm based BEME (Balanced Evacuation for Multiple Exits). And pedestrian simulation carried out multi-exit symmetrical facilities. First, optimizes update method GSDL list basis evacuating pedestrians choose exit. Second, collision between solved by defining movement rule avoidance strategy. Finally, compared with traditional algorithms. results show further shorten global distance scene, balance number at each reduce time. addition, uses strategy solve congestion problems planning, which helps maximize efficiency. Whether setting scene or exit, all studies are symmetric implementation. This line real making experimental meaningful.
